Johnny Buscema Jr. serves as the President and CEO of Safe Structure Designs, a Christian-based, leading global defense contractor renowned for its ergonomic and safety-first support equipment tailored for the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, U.S. Coast Guard, and Special Ops. Since its inception in 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada, he has propelled S.A.F.E. Structure Designs LLC to the forefront of the U.S. defense industry by focusing on designing, engineering, and manufacturing customizable solutions to meet military needs.

The company's extensive product line addresses needs across air, land, sea, and space projects. With seven manufacturing facilities across the United States, S.A.F.E. Structure supports the Department of Defense globally, delivering American-made products with unparalleled capacity and capability. He attributes his success to his faith, often expressing that compliance with divine guidance ensures ultimate fulfillment and reliability, encapsulated in his belief that "Jesus never lets us down."

Before establishing S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, he was the President, CEO, and principal partner at All Metal MS, where he played a crucial role in tripling the firm’s sales and output over six years, rescuing it from near bankruptcy. His early career in financial investment endowed him with essential financial management skills that were instrumental in his business successes.

In 2001, his career took a significant turn when he joined one of the largest financial services firms in the U.S., John Hancock. His determination and deep understanding of financial markets propelled him to the top of the financial sector. He later founded Stylistic Designs Developers in Clearwater, FL, a firm specializing in diverse construction projects, which remains highly successful under his guidance.

Born in Long Island, NY, and raised in Florida, he graduated from the University of Florida, where he was not only a standout hurdler on the men’s track and field team but also aspired for Olympic gold. An injury thwarted his Olympic dreams just before the trials, yet he continued contributing to the sport by coaching track and field across several states. His tenure at John Hancock marked his rapid rise in the financial world, eventually establishing a satellite branch in New Port Richey, FL.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to take over All Metal MS in 2010, redirecting the company to specialize in safety-optimized equipment for the aviation industry. This set the stage for his future endeavors in defense contracting. He founded S.A.F.E. in 2016, steering it to become a pivotal player in providing customized solutions that enhance the safety and effectiveness of U.S. military personnel.

As a dedicated philanthropist and devout Christian, Johnny Buscema Jr. and his wife actively support various charitable initiatives, including building churches in underserved regions and providing thousands of toys to children during Christmas in Las Vegas. His portrayal of Jesus Christ in local theater has profoundly impacted many, leading them toward spiritual engagement.
